• Leading and coordinating FOUR PAWS UK fundraising plans, ensuring alignment with the overall organisational strategy
• Optimising and managing FOUR PAWS UK fundraising portfolio across relevant fundraising streams
• Spearheading integrated ways of working  to deliver the best possible fundraising and supporter engagement results, collaborating with other departments and international 
• Monitoring donor behaviour, market trends, and sector developments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen fundraising strategies
• Managing and controlling the fundraising budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective use of resources
• Ensuring fundraising systems and technical solutions are aligned with global standards and platforms, while maintaining compliance with data protection requirements for donor and prospect data
• Representing FOUR PAWS UK externally in matters related to fundraising

• Proven experience in data-led fundraising, development, or a comparable revenue-generating role, ideally within the non-profit sector
• Strong experience in Leadership Giving, particularly working with corporate partners, foundations, and trusts, and the ability to build and manage relationships with senior external donors
• Experience in budget management, financial planning, and cost control
• Strong understanding of donor engagement, fundraising trends, and supporter relationship management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Full professional proficiency in English
