Process Improvement Senior Specialist (m/f/d)

• Continuously improving FOUR PAWS' global Process Management Framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and departments
  

• Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation)

• Coordinating FOUR PAWS process improvement roadmap and manage the portfolio of process initiatives

• Driving the digitalisation and automation of processes workflows to optimise process execution

• Defining performance indicators and goals for processes and projects, aligning these with FOUR PAWS' strategic goals and objectives

• Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams
  

• Developing and deploying automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency 
• Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA/macros) to perform data analysis, create dashboards, and measure process performance

• Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement methodologies using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)
• Proficiency in Excel, hands-on experience with automation and data tools e.g. Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Ability to design, standardize, and monitor KPIs to ensure long-term process efficiency and operational excellence
• Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results
• High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams
• Excellent English and strong communication skills

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is 48,000 - 60,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
