The Country Operations Specialist is a key contributor to the development and operational strengthening of FOUR PAWS' country operations, bringing different elements of operational tasks together. This role sits in Country Operations International and supports the International Director and Regional Directors in improving existing local presences and transitioning new ones into business-as-usual in coordination with the other responsible teams through structured project management, analytical insight, and effective execution.
Supporting in the analysis and development of expansion plans within a FOUR PAWS country and across the world (in close collaboration with other colleagues outside of the department)
Supporting strengthening new and existing local presences
Providing project management support for initiatives, such as transitioning to business-as-usual (BAU) operations following the implementation of a new FOUR PAWS presence
Analysing and improving operational processes
Facilitating collaboration between international departments and country teams
Ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks aligned with organisational goals
