Your contribution will be

  • Designing, evaluating and continuously improving FOUR PAWS' organisational structure to enhance strategic alignment and optimise processes and operations
  • Developing and enhancing organisational governance frameworks to ensure clarity in decision-making, accountability and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Leading organisational assessments to identify opportunities for structural improvement in alignment with Process Management methodologies and strategic priorities
  • Ensuring the ongoing development of organisational structure and governance documents and tools, such as organisational charts and decision matrices
  • Conducting meetings and workshops to collect organisational needs, and facilitate discussions between key stakeholders to support agreements
  • Providing mentorship, guidance and trainings to team members and other stakeholders involved in organisational structure and governance initiatives
  • Supporting and driving other organisational and functional projects and tasks as needed

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of experience in change management and in the context of large international organisations
  • Strong educational background in organisational development, change management or organisational consulting is highly preferable
  • High intercultural competence
  • Facilitation and strong communication skills
  • Solid foundations and curiosity about current approaches in organisational development
  • Implementation-orientated mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is 54,000 EUR - 59,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
