Your contribution will be

  • Overseeing the implementation of operational frameworks across sanctuaries, e.g. visitors management, community engagement
  • Identifying gaps in execution, proposing corrective steps and tracking progress of follow-up actions  
  • Facilitating alignment and exchange between sanctuaries and providing guidance on collaboration and  procedures, e.g. organising and facilitating regular meetings and workshops
  • Supporting the implementation of different measures either collectively across all sanctuaries or separately at an individual level, promoting unified approach whenever feasible
  • Supporting organisation-wide implementation activities as planned or on ad hoc basis

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of experience in operational management, preferably in a multi-site, international or non-profit environment
  • Proven experience in implementing frameworks, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and facilitating alignment across decentralised teams
  • University degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written, additional languages are an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission
