• Developing and coordinating global Individual Giving campaigns, mobilisation campaign strategies as well as campaign packages - in alignment with our programmatic work and market needs - to enable fundraising teams around the global to engage the Individual Giving audience and maximise income generation
• Acting as a sparring partner for country offices, supporting the implementation and development of Individual Giving fundraising in the countries
• Supporting the development and implementation of the necessary guidelines, tools and systems to ensure income growth
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on fundraising and mobilisation campaigns for Individual Giving to leverage the most successful initiatives internationally
• Contributing to internal capacity building activities to grow internal knowledge and capabilities in the Individual Giving area

• Proven experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment
• Educational background in marketing, communication, business administration or a related field
• Fluency in English, German and any other language is an asset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, in particular in a multicultural environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is 47,500 EUR - 52,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
