• Serving as the back desk information hub for the first level support via email and telephone as well as personal interaction for FOUR PAWS animal welfare and organisational inquiries
• Being responsible for the rapid switching on incoming emails and calls to the appropriate units to assist animals in need
• Providing information concerning FOUR PAWS' animal welfare projects and campaigns via phone, e-mail and mailing and responsible for independent information gathering
• Providing operational and administrative support
• Being responsible for the smooth flow of the daily operations with regards to all relevant requests and tasks in the back desk office
• Being responsible for the service and maintenance of the FOUR PAWS company cars

• Experience in the field of team assistance and/or office administration
• Completed commercial education, including good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1) written and spoken
• Team player with high social skills, reliability and support orientated
• Pro-active and self-organising person with hands-on mentality
• Driving license B
• Great affinity & know-how of animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' values and issues
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is 36,000.00 EUR - 40,000.00 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
