Your contribution will be

  • Supporting and driving the implementation of a new organisational structure and collaboration model:
    • Supporting teams during implementation, facilitating and training project-based working including agile tools and methods
    • Fostering collaboration between teams, leaders, HR, and management
  • Acting as a key resource for change management, providing updates, guidance to leaders and project managers, and ensuring capacity building in change management
  • Managing internal change/transformation projects, conducting assessments, designing and implementing project plans, and monitoring progress, making adjustments to ensure success
  • Facilitating workshops 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of experience in change management and in the context of large international organisations
  • Strong educational background in organisational development, change management or organisational consulting is highly preferable
  • High intercultural competence
  • Facilitation and strong communication skills
  • Solid foundations and curiosity about current approaches in organisational development
  • Implementation-orientated mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 53,000 - EUR 58,000 (full-time base (40 hours per week), consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
